The goal
Toupin Holdings wanted a professional website that reflected the high standards and credibility they uphold in the real estate investment industry.
Their goal was to establish a strong online presence that not only showcased their multifamily, industrial, and land investment projects but also conveyed the sophistication and trustworthiness essential to attract and retain investors. They steered away from pre-made Webflow templates, opting instead for a tailored build that offered full control and aligned with their long-term vision.
They were also looking for a solution with balanced Webflow pricing and the flexibility to manage content internally, which led them to question if Webflow was the best developer tool for their needs.
The challenge, and how we solved it
Before partnering with us, Toupin Holdings struggled with the time and internal resources required to create a professional website without diverting focus from their core business: real estate investment.
They understood the value of a strong digital presence but didn’t want to compromise valuable hours that could be spent identifying new investment opportunities or managing ongoing projects. We stepped in to handle everything; from website structure to content creation, so they could stay focused on what they do best.
We built a custom Webflow site, skipping generic Webflow templates in favor of a unique design that matched their brand’s caliber. We also made sure the site was easy to maintain, answering their early concern about whether Webflow was the best developer tool by proving its power and flexibility firsthand.
